Vancouver has certainly gotten in the reality-TV game this year. OWN (the Oprah Winfrey Network) is airing Gastown Gamble, a reality show that follows restauranteur Mark Brand and the reopening of Vancouvers iconic Save-On-Meats butcher shop and diner, The Food Networks Diners, Drive-ins and Dives made its first trip to Canada last summer to film Vancouver diners and dives, and now the newest Real Housewives franchise is coming here, too: The Real Housewives of Vancouver is set to premier sometime in March 2012.

As with other incarnations of the show, which include installments set in Orange County, New York City, Atlanta, New Jersey, Beverly Hills, Miami, D.C. and, most recently, Athens, Israel and France, the Real Housewives of Vancouver (the first franchise set in Canada) will follow the lives of "Vancouvers wealthiest and most celebrated women - revealing intimate and often outrageous details about their relationships, career triumphs and pitfalls, sex lives and family drama."

Slice TV has kept the cast of The Real Housewives of Vancouver under wraps, but Ive done a little googling and heres what Ive found: The cast is rumoured to include Christina Aisenstat (wife of Keg Restaurants Ltd.
